3. Is this legal?
Yes, anyloan uses the sensitivity of credit law to work in favor of the consumer in order to permanently remove negative credit from your credit report(s). We apply over 22 years of knowledge to force the credit bureaus and creditors to correct or remove inaccuracies in their reporting. The permanent correction of these inaccuracies has enabled us to permanently remove every form of negative credit on an individual’s credit report. -
4. Can I repair my own credit?
Yes, you can attempt to repair your own credit. It is possible but not very probable that your attempts will yield the results you desire.
Having enrolling numerous clients that were unsuccessful in repairing their own credit, I’ve noticed the following:
Only approximately 1% of individuals who have attempted to repair their own credit have claimed success. Of that 1%, it took an average of 2 years before their results were significant enough for their credit to be used again. In short, that same 1% subsequently enrolled with anyloan the next time they experienced some credit trauma. The common reason being that the low investment was “…nothing compared to the time and trouble invested to go through it on your own.” -
5. How does the process work?
1. Submit your online order and payment.
2. We receive your order and pull your credit from all three credit bureaus.
3. We identify all negative credit within your credit report(s).
4. We create your account within our database. (Your login information will then be emailed to you.)
5. We input every negative item from all three credit bureaus, classifying each item, and match it with the appropriate loophole in the credit law for removal.
6. We then create and send our credit challenges directly to all three credit bureaus.
7. We send you a Welcome packet that explains the process and provides all support/contact information.
8. You will receive correspondence in the mail from all three credit bureaus. To ensure maximum results, please fax or mail any and all correspondence from the three credit bureaus to the processing center immediately. (You will receive reports/correspondence from all three credit bureaus every 45 days.) -
6. Should I pay my Collections?
It is not recommended, as it may cause harm to the process. When the collection agency updates your credit report to a zero balance, it also updates the date of last activity. When a negative item becomes fresh, it carries a higher point value than is does after it has remained dormant for a while. Our process is setup to permanently remove collections whether the debt has been paid or not. -
7. How do I handle Collection Agencies when they call?
We advise our clients to respond to calls from collection agencies with the following:
"Thank you, but we do not handle our business over the telephone. Please send me something in the mail.”
If the collection agent does not deem this response as acceptable, calmly repeat the statement, then reply with the following: " I am going to hang up now. "
Absolutely no yelling, profanity, or threats are necessary. By trusting your business with us, you are already on the right track. -
8. How long does the process take?
Every client receives results every 45 days. We refer to this 45 day cycle as a “round” of credit repair. Each client's credit repair needs are different, and because credit reports are like fingerprints, every one is different.
Credit repair clients fall into one of two categories:
Category 1 = Clients who desire a score improvement of 50 points or less.
Category 2 = Clients who need credit improvement of significantly more than 50 points.
Most Category 1 clients can start using their credit again after 2 to 3 rounds of credit repair. Category 2 clients need to allow 3 to 4 rounds before anticipating using their credit. -
9. How do I strengthen my credit through the adding of positive credit?
The strongest type of positive credit is an open account that is never paid late. Closed accounts that were paid off and never paid late are also considered positive credit; however, these credit lines do not carry the point value of “open” lines that never been paid late.
For anyone who needs to strengthen his/her credit, once you are in position to do so, obtain a secured credit card and use this card to purchase gas once a month. Pay it off early every month, and in approximately 6 months you should be able to qualify for an unsecured credit card. After you get your unsecured credit card you can cancel your secured credit cards and get your security deposit back.
- Many other sources for the addition of positive credit exist, though most are unreliable and often illegal. Probably the most common other source for adding positive credit is the ‘Authorized User’ strategy- having someone with a low-balance credit card and good payment history add you as an authorized user.
The unforeseen drawbacks of this strategy:
First, most credit card companies do not report credit on authorized users unless it is negative. Secondly, if for example, you apply for a home loan and find you are 10 points shy of qualifying for 100% financing. You may be enticed to request a family member with good credit add you as an authorized user on his or her credit card. 30 days later, your loan officer may pull your credit and now you qualify for 100% financing. Your loan closes, then your family member cancels you as an authorized user. Yes, your home is purchased; however, both you and your loan officer have committed loan fraud. In addition to that, the cancellation of the credit cards has been reported to all three credit bureaus.
We do not advocate shortcuts that leave our clients in compromising positions. - One of the strengths of our program is the ability of our online results-tracking.
